Our Promise to You
At ProfixMobile.ca, we stand by the quality of the products we sell. We offer clear and easy-to-understand warranties on various items, including replacement parts, pre-owned devices, batteries, and accessories. Here’s how our warranty policy applies to different products:
Replacement Parts Coverage
Lifetime Warranty: All replacement parts sold at ProfixMobile.ca come with a lifetime warranty. If the part becomes defective under normal use, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
Exclusions: Physical damage, misuse, and improper installation are not covered under this warranty.
Batteries Warranty
1-Year Warranty: Batteries sold by ProfixMobile.ca come with a 1-year warranty. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Exclusions: Damage from physical impact, misuse, or improper charging practices (e.g., using an incompatible charger) is not covered.
Tools & Accessories Guarantee
30-Day Warranty: All tools and accessories sold by ProfixMobile.ca are covered by a 30-day warranty. If you encounter any manufacturing defects within 30 days, we will happily exchange the product or issue store credit.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, excessive wear, or physical damage.
Pre-Owned Devices Assurance
60-Day Warranty: Our pre-owned devices are protected by a 60-day warranty. This warranty covers defects or functional issues with the device.
Data Removal: Please ensure all personal data, including iCloud, Google accounts, and any other sensitive information, is removed from the device before returning it. ProfixMobile.ca is not responsible for data left on returned devices.
Returns, Exchanges, & Credit
Return Credit: If an item qualifies for return under warranty, we will issue a credit to your account for the lower of the current selling price or the original purchase price. We also offer exchanges for faulty products at no additional cost to you.
No Restocking Fees: We don’t charge restocking fees. Whether the product has been used or opened, you won’t incur additional charges when returning it under warranty.
Used and Unwanted Products – Non-Returnable
Used Products: We do not accept returns on used products that have been opened or show signs of wear, including scratches, smudges, or other marks. Once a product has been used, it cannot be returned unless it is defective under warranty.
Unwanted Products: We do not accept returns for unwanted items. Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase. We recommend reviewing product details thoroughly before buying to avoid receiving items that you no longer need.
How to Process a Return or Warranty Claim

Return Authorization: If the product qualifies for a return or warranty claim, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

Additional Notes
International Returns: If you're located outside of Canada, please contact us for guidance on processing warranty claims and returns. We will cover shipping costs for exchanges of defective items under warranty.
Product Availability: If the returned product is out of stock, we will offer a full refund, store credit, or an alternative product of equal value.
